At the Annual Business Meeting, held in May of each year, Forum members attend to the business affairs of the organization. Before the meeting, there is time for socializing and lunch, The business meeting starts after lunch.

 

• The Chairperson reports on  Forum events of the past year.
• The Secretary-Treasurer presents the financial report.
• The members adopt a budget for the following fiscal year.
• The members elect 5 Directors to serve 3-year terms. Any member interested in serving as a Director is encouraged to contact the Nominating Committee Chair. Click the following link to send an E-mail. Nominating Committee.
• The members conduct other official business as needed.
